Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before the workshop (September 17, 2009) for a full refund minus a 6% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after that point. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend the workshop, please contact us at 312.373.6259 as soon as possible, and we will be happy to apply your purchase towards a future event. No refunds will be given to registrants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notice.
